Partner terms

These terms are between you and PK Wash & Home Services LLC ("PK"). They cover recommending PK to your customers through this site. 1. Who can join Businesses that work on or around homes in Central Florida: real estate agents, roofers, lawn treatment companies, route-mowing companies, pool and rescreen companies, vacation rental managers, irrigation companies, tree services, painters, photographers and stagers, window cleaners and housekeepers. Trade partners only. 2. What the homeowner gets A homeowner you send to PK gets 10% off the job. The 10% shows on the homeowner's invoice. It applies when the homeowner uses your link, or gives PK your code or your name, and that matches a partner on record. 3. What you get Nothing of value. PK does not pay referral fees, commissions, gift cards or anything else for a referral. Florida law bars rewards for referring insurance-paid work, and PK keeps it simple by paying nothing for any referral. What you get is a company you can send your customers to, one that finishes in 2 to 3 days and sends before and after photos. 4. What PK does PK replies to quote requests the same day and gives the homeowner a fixed number in writing before any work starts. The homeowner decides whether to hire PK. PK does not promise you or the homeowner any outcome. A certificate of insurance is available on request. 5. How a referral is recorded Every referral that names you is recorded with your name and the date. You get an email when a homeowner names you, so you can tell PK if it wasn't yours. If two partners are named for the same homeowner, the first one on record gets the credit. 6. Homeowner information PK uses the homeowner's details only to contact them about the work. PK does not sell or share them. 7. Ending You or PK can stop at any time. Referrals already on record stay on record. 8. Changes PK may update these terms. Your page shows the version and date you agreed to.
